Website Doctor sells digital analyser access for websites, landing pages, ecommerce sites, and Shopify stores. Because reports may be generated soon after purchase, refund handling should be precise and reviewed before launch.

Before analysis starts

A customer may request cancellation before analyser access has been used or a report has begun processing, subject to Stripe and business policies configured at launch.

After report delivery

Once a report has been generated or delivered, refunds may be limited except where required by law or where the service failed to provide the purchased digital analysis.
